- Products once packed, shall never be altered or exchanged with other items in any circumstance.
- Consumable or non-returnable products once sold, shall never be returned in any circumstances.

- The customer shall solely be responsible for any mishaps while operating this website and shall not hold liable to konkanwale.com or any of its affiliates for any data leak or transactional hazards.
- konkanwale.com saves and stores the personal contact details of its customers for analytical purposes or
other purposes like newsletters, offers, new changes if any etc. only. - konkanwale.com specifically denies of having access to or storing any financial details (bank account number,
card details etc.) of its customers. - It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. In case, the customer provides
wrong/insufficient address and the product gets delivered out on given wrong address,konkanwale.com shall not be
responsible for any refunds, returns or any other support whatsoever. - Easy delivery purpose address must include with Pincode, proper House Number, Street Name, Locality, Landmark,
City, State, Country etc. - konkanwale.com holds no accountability for any delay or inconvenience caused due to incomplete/incorrect
address given. - Additional delivery charges will be levied to get back the same order if it returns back from the correct billing
address due to any reason. - The customer is eligible to claim any damage to goods during transit provided concrete evidence of damage. The customer has requested to make an unboxing video of the packet/carton you receive so that you can claim any damage.
No damage shall be entertained in the lack of such evidence. - Shipping charges are variable which will depend upon the total weight (includes packaging) of the order and zone
of the destination. - A delivery cost may not match with the actual transport tariff. The difference depends on weight of the packing
material and distance. It may be lesser or higher than the actual amount charged. In either case, difference of amount will neither be charged nor refunded. - In case of overseas delivery, before ordering customer has requested to check with their local custom regulations
whether products are allowed to import in their respective country. - konkanwale.com shall not be responsible if the items purchased are being seized by respective custom department
in the destination or origin country. In such case, konkanwale.com will not be liable to pay any sort of refund. - konkanwale.com will not initiate refund to customers under any circumstance in case the order is lost during transit
by carrier or Airline in origin and destination country. - Customer agrees that the products purchased from konkanwale.com will be for personal use only
and will not be used for commercial use. - konkanwale.com holds all right to change the return & refund policy, privacy policy as well as the terms & conditions

Return and Refund Policy
Return is a facility provided to the customer, under this policy the option of replacement, exchange, or refund is offered.All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy.Do refer General return policy as well as the respective item’s applicable return policy as given below.Please read all categories carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.General return policy
- If the customer received products in a condition that is physically damaged.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- Product marked on details page as non-returnable or consumable shall not be returned under any circumstances. However, if you’ve received a non-returnable or consumable product in a damaged condition, we will provide a replacement, subject to contact us within 3 days from the product delivery & proof of unboxing video of packet/carton.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE :- CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Return/replacement/refund/exchange request will be processed after determination of the following :-
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to customer.
- The product is returned in new/original condition with unsoiled packing box and all the accessories therein.
- The proof of purchase or receipt/invoice of the product.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or fact of the product before issuing refund/replacement or exchange.
Refund
- Complete refund shall be provided if order is not dispatched within 10 working days.
- Complete refund shall be provided if order is cancelled due to unavailability of product(s).
- Refund will be issued to the same account by which payment was done at the time of purchase. If you have not received the refund, please contact your debit/credit issuer or your bank for more information.
- Service charges(1.75%) plus service tax(18%)on service charges = total 2.07 % will be deducted from refund.
