We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality consumable products to our customers. Due to the nature of these products, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. No Returns for Opened or Used Items : For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

2. Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

A product may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

It arrives damaged or leaking

It is expired upon delivery

You received the wrong product compared to your order confirmation

3. Reporting Issues

If you believe your product meets the above criteria:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

4. Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, we will:

Replace the item at no extra cost, or

Refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect storage or handling by the customer

Delays caused by courier services beyond our control

Order cancellations will be accepted within three (3) days from the date of purchase or prior to the dispatch of the product, whichever occurs earlier."
